CERTIFICATION PROCESS

A clear route from requirement to certificate access.

The exact assessment route varies by standard, organization and external certification provider. The stages below explain the typical sequence at a practical level.

Scope → Prepare → Assess → AccessThe certificate is issued externally and uploaded to the portal after the certification process is complete.
01

Scope and requirement

Identify the legal entity, locations, activities, applicable standard and purpose of certification.

02

Readiness and documented information

Prepare the relevant management-system processes, responsibilities, controls, records and supporting evidence.

03

Third-party assessment and follow-up

Complete the assessment required by the certification provider and address any findings or follow-up required before the certification decision.

04

Issued certificate and portal access

After the final certificate is issued externally, the administrator enters the certificate record and uploads the original file for controlled customer download.

CERTIFICATE DELIVERY

The website does not auto-generate certificates.

The certificate portal is a record and delivery system. It stores the details entered by the administrator and serves the externally issued file when the record is eligible for download.

  • Administrator enters the exact Certificate ID
  • Administrator uploads the externally issued PDF, JPG or PNG file
  • Certificate status and administrator download settings determine whether access is available
  • Customer retrieves the record using the exact Certificate ID
